One40 William Street, Perth
Duraseal was engaged
by Probuild Constructions to undertake all external and internal
waterproofing of the 28-floor Cbus tower project. This included the
application of a membrane with an elasticity of over 1400 per cent
to two rooftop garden decks over offices and planter boxes in
addition to internal works.
Queens Riverside, Perth
At the new Queens Riverside in
Adelaide Terrace, Perth, Duraseal supplied and installed Preprufe
membrane to the blinding slab on the massive project.
Albany Health Campus - John Holland Group
Duraseal supplied and installed
Paraseal LG, a sheet membrane, to lift pits and retaining walls at
the new Albany Health Campus
Minderoo Station, Onslow
Duraseal was contracted by Forrest
and Forrest to design and install a bentonite sheet membrane to a
3500 sqm lagoon in the shape of a wallaby. With a maximum
depth of six-and-a-half metres it presented various challenges to
maintain a waterproof seal. Duraseal oversaw the compaction
of the soil before the installation process began. The
membrane was then installed before a mix of sand and cement was
applied over the top of it. A final layer of decorative sand
was put over the top to create the lagoon look. The use of
white sand in certain areas of the lagoon highlighted the water
quality, which was crystal clear.
